Purchase Policy

1. Celestial War is an operator of a professional Java emulator, and all our servers are Free to Play.

2. Purchase

2.1 Purchases are only made through the player's Account Control Panel.
2.2 The list of available purchase methods can be checked after logging into the Account Control Panel in the tab "Make a Donation".
2.3 After the player makes a purchase, the Account Control Panel balance will be topped up.
2.4 Account Control Panel balance funds can be used by transferring funds directly to the player's in-game character as (Donation Coin) in the tab "Transfer to Character".
2.5 Funds transferred to in-game characters cannot be returned to the Account Control Panel balance.
2.6 Account Control Panel balance funds can be used to purchase characters or items from other players in the tab "Character Broker" or "Item Broker".

3.1 Funds collected in the Account Control Panel may be returned to the player via the tab "Withdraw Money".
3.2 Funds will be sent to the player within a maximum of 72 hours.
3.3 Celestial War will charge the player a 20% withdrawal fee.
3.4 The list of available withdrawal methods can be checked after logging into the Account Control Panel in the tab "Withdraw Money".

4.1 Manipulation and attempts to cheat the system will be treated as an attempt to extort and will be reported to law enforcement authorities. We reserve the right to block funds in the account in the event of a violation of the regulations or an attempt to fraud, for the time needed by law enforcement authorities.
4.2 Celestial War is not responsible for unauthorized use of the Account Control Panel. The player is obliged to protect their password and has no right to share access to the Account Control Panel with other players.
